White Idiyappam

This finely powdered rice mix is exclusively for the preparation of Ediyappam and Pathiri, the favourite rice based delicacies of all Malayalies. A wide variety of meat and fish preparations as well as vegetarian curries go well with Ediyappam and Pathiri.

Recipe for Idiyappam

Add Avees idiyappam powder in 3 glasses of boiled water. Make coconut milk with 1.5 glass of water as 1 st milk and 2nd milk with 1 glass of water from half of coconut . Pour the 1st milk with the afores said idiyappam mix and mix well, then add 2nd milk to a conveniant paste to prepare idiyappam.
(Instead of coconut milk lukewarm water can also be used.)
